Combro ( Indonesian Spicy Tapioca Snack 8 pcs)
Combro is a delicious Indonesian snack made from tapioca. The tapioca root is first hand grated until there it looks and feels like a dought. Then the filling is prepared from Ocom ( byproduct of Tahu ), Tempeh, spices, vegetables and herbs, which is then stuffed in the tapioca dought. Deep fried until golden brown.

8 pcs of Combro ( Spicy!).
Ingredients:
Tapioca, vegetables, tempeh, ocom, chilli,spices and herbs.( all pre cooked)
Instructions:
On arrival freeze immediatly or if use same day freeze first for min 2hrs, then let the snacks thaw first, deep fried until golden brown.
